Because of believing in God and performing duty, she was arrested by the CCP government and was sentenced to 9 years in prison. She spent the best years of her youth in the prison, and suffered the inhumane torment of the CCP government both physically and mentally. She fell into despair several times, however, God cared for and kept her all the time. God’s word gave her faith and strength time after time, leading her to walk out of the valley of the shadow of death, so that she survived tenaciously. Experiencing this persecution and tribulation, she tasted more about God’s love and salvation, saw God’s substance of holiness, greatness, and beauty and good, and also saw through the evil and base face of satan. The rich life experience made her life more meaningful and valuable.
